About Gantt Project Planner
Gantt Project Planner is a Microsoft Teams and web application that brings interactive Gantt chart project management directly into your workflow. Add a Gantt chart as a tab in any Teams channel, group chat, or personal app — or use it in your browser at app.ganttprojectplanner.com.
How to Use
- Install Gantt Project Planner from the Microsoft Teams app store, or sign in at app.ganttprojectplanner.com
- Create a new plan or select an existing one from the plan picker
- Add tasks by clicking the + button or right-clicking on the timeline
- Drag task bars to adjust dates, resize to change duration
- Draw dependency arrows between tasks by dragging from the connectors
- Double-click any task to edit details: name, type, status, color, dates, and attachments
- Use the Columns menu to show/hide Assigned To, Start Date, Duration, and Status columns
- Export your plan to PDF, PNG, Excel, MS Project, or iCal
Supported Scopes
Gantt Project Planner works in the following contexts:
- Web App — Use in any browser with Microsoft SSO sign-in
